What is the program about?

The Pediatric Nutrition in Practice (PNP) E-learning program is based on the book with the same name, chair authored by Prof. Berthold Koletzko, along with a pool of international experts in this field.  The program aims to provide information to healthcare professionals who are looking for guidance on practical and relevant issues surrounding the nutrition of infants, children and adolescents.  Topics covered include childhood growth and nutrition assessment, breastfeeding, complementary feeding, and nutritional challenges in special medical conditions and diseases.

Course details

This course provides concise information on the practice of nutrition of infants, children and adolescents.  The e-learning offers a platform for healthcare professionals to acquire knowledge and practical skills on pediatric nutrition care

 

  • The program is divided into 4 sections with 13 learning modules which you can complete at your own pace.
  • Modules are available on demand online.
  • Each module will take 60 – 90 minutes to complete. 
  • After each module there is an assessment with 10 questions for which you must score 70% or more to continue. 
  • After completion of the course you will receive a certificate of completion.
